You’re not scrolling Psychology Today or searching “therapist near me” because everything is chill and you’re just browsing for funsies. You’re here because something in your life feels unsustainable.
And you’ve probably tried a bunch of things already.
The spreadsheets.
The pep talks.
The “suck it up and push through” routine.
Maybe even therapy before. Maybe it didn’t help. Maybe you got some vague validation and a stack of breathing exercises.
Cool. But you’re still in the pit.
So here’s where I come in.

I don’t need you to name it perfectly, I know how messy this gets.
Maybe it’s depression with a side of “why do I hate myself so much” or it’s executive dysfunction and shame and doomscrolling at 2am.

We work through the stuff that feels stuck. Guilt. Rage. Overwhelm. Loneliness. Perfectionism. That constant sense of falling behind while also doing too much.
I’m trained in DBT, RO-DBT, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy, which means we’ll actually have strategies that work for people whose brains run a little loud and weird.
