REACH OUT NOW

It feels like your brain is working against you.

You sit on the couch, scrolling TikTok for hours. To an outside observer, it looks like you’re being lazy, but a war rages inside.

“Just get up and fold the laundry. I know I need to, so why don’t I just do it? And if I get up, I can throw out the trash, too. Just do it. What’s wrong with me? Why do I suck at life so much?”

But the laundry never gets folded, the trash is sitting there attracting flies, and you feel like a failure.

You’re so overwhelmed.

There are so many things to keep track of. Even your to-do lists have to-do lists.

And when tasks don’t get done, everyone gets so mad, which just puts more pressure on you and makes things more difficult to complete.

There’s no way to catch up on everything. No way to be on time for appointments. No way to remember the special days or show loved ones you care. Nothing is ever good enough.

Why is “people-ing” so hard?

You want to be a “normal” person so badly, but for some reason, it feels impossible.

There are just too many secret rules. No one will just say what they mean, and an inability to guess leads to being alone, rejected, or punished.

It’s always been this way – like an invisible film separates you from everyone else. On one side is effortless friendship, love, and closeness. And on the other side is you.

Sometimes, you wish you could just hide forever.

You wonder if it would be easier not to exist at all.

“Maybe the world will just stop.” You fantasize. “Maybe climate change will end it all, and a tidal wave will swallow us up. That would solve everything.”

You know these thoughts are overly dramatic, but you genuinely believe it would be easier than what you’re going through now.

It’s all falling apart.

It seems like nothing can be done to stop it. There are just too many moving parts – a hundred little pieces that keep sliding out of your hands.

Things have been bad before, but they’re starting to break this time. Two hands aren’t enough to hold everything together.

You know it’s just a matter of time before your grades slip, you lose your job, or your relationship ends. It’s inevitable. Because something inside you always defeats you.

But there is another way.

It’s time to face your struggles head-on and confront what’s lurking inside your mind. It can be intimidating, but you don’t have to go unarmed.

Together, let’s help you build the tools to explore the parts of your mind that feel most dangerous and emerge on the other side stronger and happier.

This is where the fight begins. Therapy is full of (metaphorical) blood, sweat, and sometimes very literal tears. The journey can be perilous, and the path can seem long and aimless, but not all who wander are lost.

Call me now for your free consultation, and let’s discuss how I can help you live better.

Welcome, traveler;
I’m Rachael.

You’ve arrived safely at Level 20 Brain Cleric. I’m so glad you’re here.

My specialty is in individual and D&D group therapy, which I lovingly call “brain magic.” Like all magic, therapy takes verbal, somatic, and material components, along with practice, patience, and elbow grease.

This practice is based on radical genuineness, skill building, and acceptance. My primary background is in DBT and Radically Open-DBT techniques, but I will pull any tool from the toolbox to do what works.

I can’t wait to work with you to show you all the ways you can change and how much better your life can get, even faster than you can imagine.
